How it works

Who can request a quote?

The website askheide.co.za is aimed at the public within the borders of South Africa. We do not ship to other countries, so if you have a South African postal or physical address, you are welcome to request a quote.

When do I get my quote?

After you’ve submitted a list of the items you’d like to receive a quote on, we will immediately start working on your quotation. We will contact you via email within 2-3 working days with regard to availability and price of the items you requested a quote on. Some products are not locally available and will have to be imported. This affects the price as well as the time of delivery, which will be specified on your quote.

A quote is only valid for 14 days.

After you’ve accepted a quote from us, you will be sent an invoice. The full amount (including postage) has to be paid before the order will be placed. Proof of payment has to be emailed to info@askheide.co.za or faxed to 0866059469.

An accepted quote should be paid in full within 2 days.

Once your payment is received, your order will be processed. You will be kept up to date with the progress of your order.

How long will it take?

After we’ve ordered your products, time of delivery of locally available stock is usually ±2-3 weeks from date of order, and that of imported products ±4-6 weeks. You will be notified via email or sms once we’ve shipped your order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via South African Post Office as registered mail, and you will be provided with the tracking number.

Postage is charged as follows:
1 item R 50
2 – 4 items R 80
5 and more items R 100

Refunds & Returns Policy

Askheide.co.za does not offer any refund on CDs or DVDs. If an item is defective, or an incorrect item has been received, it can be returned to 1 Uys Str, De Aar, 7000, Northern Cape and it will be exchanged for a copy of the same item originally ordered, providing the faulty item is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was sold in, and within 14 days (2 weeks) after date of receipt of the item. The duration time of the exchange will depend on the availability of the product. Original shipping costs and return postage costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@askheide.co.za for information on obtaining a replacement item. A damaged or defective product can only be replaced by the same product. Another title cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item.

Cancelling an order

Quotes may be accepted in part or in full. At no time are you obligated to accept a quote received from us, but once you’ve accepted the quote by making payment into our banking account, the order cannot be cancelled or amended and will continue to be fulfilled.

Quotes not accepted within 14 days, and invoices not paid within 2 days will automatically be cancelled. Quotes are only valid for 14 days.

Can I add another item to my completed order?

Once a quote has been paid, and the order is placed, it cannot be amended. You will have to request another quote for added items. Each quote is treated as an individual transaction
